FCL means Full Container Load: an entire container is reserved for your cargo alone. It becomes more economical per cubic meter as your volume approaches the container's capacity, and your goods are never consolidated with another importer's shipment.

LCL means Less than Container Load. Your cargo shares a container with other shipments and you pay only for the volume you occupy, measured in CBM. It is the right choice for smaller orders, samples, or when you do not want to wait to fill a container.

Transit time depends on the route, the sailing schedule and customs clearance on arrival. We provide a transit estimate for your specific origin, destination and cargo when we quote — contact us for the current sailing schedule.

We ship from major manufacturing and port cities including Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Ningbo, Yiwu, Foshan and Qingdao. If your supplier is elsewhere in China, we arrange inland pickup to the nearest loading port.

For LCL, pricing is based on CBM (or weight, whichever is greater). For FCL, pricing is a flat rate per container depending on type and route. Costs also depend on origin city, destination, cargo type, and whether you need pickup, packing, or customs services.

Typically a commercial invoice, a packing list, and the Bill of Lading. Some cargo categories require certificates of origin or product-specific certifications. Our team reviews your cargo type and tells you exactly what is required before booking.

Yes. Once your cargo is registered we give you a SIDRAX Tracking Number. Enter it on our tracking page to see the current status of your shipment, its origin and destination, packages and CBM, the milestone timeline, and any notes or documents our team has shared with you. Carrier-level details such as vessel and container data stay internal to our operations.

Yes. We collect cargo from factories, wholesale markets and supplier warehouses anywhere in China and transport it to our consolidation warehouse before loading. Tell us where your supplier is and we will include collection in your quote.

Priority routing uses services with fewer transshipments and is priced higher. Standard routing balances cost against routing through established transit hubs such as Jebel Ali or Mersin. Economy routing is the lowest-cost option. Actual transit time depends on the sailing schedule, port conditions and customs clearance — we give you the current estimate for your specific shipment when we quote.
